In the community.
Working with Pathfinder International, we have developed tools for 300 CHWs who are providing Home Based Care services to People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHA). In addition to supporting these providers, we have developed SMS reminders for the health workers and a web dashboard for supervisors, which has now gained enough acceptance so that we are piloting going paperless in two of the wards where we work.

At the facility.
In addition to the community level, we developed a decision support application for nurses to use to evaluate the status of PLHA coming in to collect refills of their medication. In this study we were able to significantly improve the ability of nurses to correctly triage patients, demonstrating the potential to have these tools used as triage and free up the doctors to spend critical time working with those clients with the greatest need.
