 Joachim holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Dar es Salaam. Prior to joining D-tree, Joachim has worked on various projects using technologies such as Ruby and Ruby on Rails for organizations such as Amani Children’s Home and Saint Luke Foundation, both located in Moshi, Tanzania. His interests lay in applying technology to add value to and assist disadvantaged communities to take advantage of the opportunities made available by advances in technology so as to improve their standard of living. He currently works as an IT Field Coordinator for D-tree International in Tanzania.
